Could the Premier advise if any officer in the Premier’s office has had contact with Mr Paul Everingham, or a representative of Mr Everingham’s company, since 1 January 2013, and if so: (a) what is the name of the officer(s) who had the contact; (b) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s); (c) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) meeting(s); (d) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and (e) what were the names of all people present?
