(3)Subsequent to the initial establishment of the websites, costs are shared across the agency and included as part of core ongoing operations - they are not specifically assigned to centres clearly identified as 'website'. Whilst an arbitrary cost could be allocated to key officers' time, equipment or overheads, it is difficult to distil these from day-to-day operations. This is because the website is not a discrete facility as it provides a single window for accessing content and transactions provided by a variety of systems and authors. The level of integration of any system with the website varies significantly and the boundary between what constitutes the website versus the system components is not easily resolved.
(4)No website funding increases for the 2010 mid-year review have been requested.
