I refer to the Cundinup-Kirup Road and the Cundinup Road in the Shire of Nannup, which is used by pine hauliers to transport timber to Bunbury, and ask:
(a) why do these roads not qualify for Commodity Routes Funding;
(b) what funding was budgeted in 2013–2014 for repairs or maintenance to these roads:
(i) what funding was budgeted in 2013–2014 for repairs or maintenance to these roads;
(ii) if applicable, of the budgeted funds have any been acquitted; and
(iii) if no funding was budgeted, why not; and
(c) is funding proposed for the Cundinup-Kirup Road and the Cundinup Road in the 2013-14 Budget:
(i) if applicable, how much funding has been allocated and over what time frame;
(ii) if applicable, of this funding allocation, what specific projects will be funded; and
(iii) if no funding was proposed, why not?

(a) In accordance with the guidelines for the Commodity Route Supplementary Funding (CRSF), roads eligible for funding under the State Road Funds to Local Government road project grants are not eligible for the CRSF program.
