(1) Will the Minister confirm that the whole of the South West Region will be considered a ‘Region’ under the Royalties for Regions Funding Program and that infrastructure projects, community services and SW local governments located in the Greater Bunbury area and the Cape to Cape region will be eligible for funding under the Royalties for Regions Funding Program?
(2) Will the Minister confirm that the Peel Region will be considered a ‘Region’ and that infrastructure projects, community services and local governments in the Peel Region will be eligible for funding under the Royalties for Regions Funding Program?

(1) In general, the South West Region would be eligible for access to the fund. However, in developing the policy for certain initiatives some localities may be excluded due to a range of factors, for example with the Bush Change Housing Grant, there may be areas excluded based on the size of the community.
(2) The Peel Region will be treated as per the South West Region as above.
