A survey undertaken by the federal Senate indicated that since the inception of WorkChoices, each of the 250 people surveyed who were employed under an AWA had had one of the conditions they previously enjoyed reduced. Fourteen per cent had had all their conditions taken from them, apart from the bare minimum which John Howard has now imposed. If members opposite think that is good for Western Australian families, I will be glad to take that to the next state election.
