OFFICE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AUTHORITY — ENQUIRIES BY MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT
(1) Has the minister directed staff of the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority to inform members of Parliament who make enquiries about EPA decisions—I emphasise EPA decisions as opposed to decisions made by the Minister for Environment—to direct their questions through the minister’s office? (2) If yes to (1), given that the EPA is an independent body, will the minister explain the reasons for this direction to the Office of the EPA staff? Hon DONNA FARAGHER
