(1) Is the minister aware of the current remediation of contaminated soil and fertiliser manufacture wastes taking place in Tonkin Business Park, stage 2, Bassendean? (2) Will the minister advise the current maximum height permitted for the containment cell of wastes under existing ministerial conditions for the remediation? (3) Is the minister aware that the current height of the containment cell is approximately 15 metres and that the capping of the containment cell with clay is nearly complete? (4) If the proponents of the remediation have been permitted to construct the containment cell to 15 metres in height, who within the minister’s agency gave permission? (5) If the proponents have not been given permission to build the containment cell to 15 metres in height, what action will the minister’s agency take against them for breaching ministerial conditions?
