Decisions on scheme amendments rest
with me as Minister for Planning, and decisions on structure plans are made by
the Western Australian Planning Commission. The WAPC has recently provided me
with a recommendation on the scheme amendment, and I have requested some
additional information. I expect that information to be provided shortly. Once
I have made a decision on the amendment, the WAPC will finalise the structure
plan.
