(a) The Minister for Sport and Recreation wrote to the Balingup Bowling Club in February 2009 confirming the commitment will be made available primarily through the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF).
(b) The funds will be made available following an assessment of the project by the Department of Sport and Recreation and consistent with CSRFF guidelines.
(c) The Department of Sport and Recreation will take this into consideration in their assessment of the project.
