2) A search of meeting appointments shows: a) I met with the Goldfields Tourism Association on 5 June 2001 to discuss tourism in the Goldfields. Mr Grill was present at the meeting as President of the Goldfields Tourism Association Board. Also present at the meeting were representatives from the Association, the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Tourist Centre and Government, including Mr Neil Roberts, then my Policy Advisor for Mineral Resources. b) I attended a briefing on 7 January 2002 by Griffin Coal and Wesfarmers Premier Coal on their joint initiative called “New Coal”. Mr Grill was present at the meeting as adviser to Griffin Coal. Also present were representatives of Griffin Coal, Wesfarmers Premier Coal, and Government, including Mr Neil Roberts, then my Policy Advisor for Mineral Resources. c) I met with Mr Graham Dooley, Managing Director of United Utilities, on 25 September 2002, to discuss issues relating to water supply and the Goldfields Water Strategy. Mr Grill was present at the meeting as adviser to United Utilities.
