(1) Yes
(2) Route Safety Audit was conducted in 2008.
(3) No. The document is a technical report prepared for Main Roads internal use.
(4) Some minor and general improvements identified have been carried out with design being completed for a number of sections requiring more significant attention.
(5) The edge of seal has deteriorated in some sections, however this seal "edge break" is monitored and repaired as part of normal road maintenance practice.
(6) Minor seal edge wear is normal for a road of this seal width. Edge wear is accentuated around the inside of curves and these areas are regularly monitored.
(7) Edge wear is caused by vehicles travelling on or over the edge of seal causing it to break off.
(8) The condition of the sealed road edges are monitored regularly by Main Roads and this "edge break" is repaired as required.
