I refer to the video published on the Premier's Twitter feed and retweeted by the Minister on 28 May 2017 with the hashtag #METRONET and ask: (a) What agency or department commissioned the production of the video; and (b) Did a third party produce the video: (i) If so, who was the third party and what was the overall cost to the taxpayer for the production of the video; and (ii) If no, who produced the video, what software or website was used to produce the video and what were the associated costs of producing this video?
