ask: (a) Since 1 September 2018, using the 3CX phone
system what was the: (i) median customer wait time on the phone; (ii) average customer wait time on the phone; and (iii) longest customer wait time on the phone; and (b) Since 1 September 2018, how many bookings were made: (i) online; (ii) by phone; (iii) in person; and (iv) other?

(i)          The system provides average wait times not median.
(ii)         3 minutes 09 seconds.
(iii)        41 minutes 20 seconds.
(b)
(i)          7 877

(iii – iv)  Although bookings in person were not reported on specifically there was 3 475 combined total of bookings made in person at RIA Fremantle office, Rottnest Island Visitor Centre, via email or through third party online travel agents.
