(1) Is the minister aware that the Government is supplying vehicles to the Department of Agriculture that are regarded as unsuitable for some staff under certain WorkSafe WA provisions and general safety and commonsense provisions? (1) I am aware of the issue and I have raised the matter with the Department of Agriculture. (2) Yes. I will raise the matter again. It is very important that, notwithstanding what the Department of Agriculture is trying to do by acquiring vehicles that are more fuel efficient - I certainly support what it is doing there - the vehicles that are chosen are capable of performing the tasks for which they are intended. I will take that matter up next Monday with the acting Director General of the Department of Agriculture.
