(a) 9 March 2015 to 15 June 2016.
(b) No.
(c) Due to the specific nature of Synergy’s transformation project and the limited number of consultancies and companies acknowledged in the marketplace able to provide specialist services, McKinsey were engaged following a managed tender process where nine high quality firms were invited to submit tenders.
(d) Individual contract values are commercial in confidence. Public disclosure of these values would adversely affect the commercial interests of Synergy specifically its capacity to negotiate contracts and fee for service arrangements with consulting firms in the future, that deliver the best commercial outcome for the business.
(e) 16 May 2015 and 26 July 2015.
