(a) (i)-(ii) (b) (i)-(ii) [Tabled Paper No]
The Department of Education's FTE and headcount values vary from pay period to pay period. 2013 data is given as at 28 March 2013. 2014 data is given as at 24 March 2014. Changes in Education Assistant allocations reflect student enrolments and changes in staffing formulas.
(c) (i-ii) Not applicable. The Department's budgets are prepared on a financial year, not calendar year basis and the Department does not specifically budget for a precise number of Education Assistants, because this can vary according to enrolments and student needs.
