In relation to the Dalyallup Odour Buffer Zone Changes, will the Minister please provide copies of,: (a) ny memorandums or internal communication/correspondence within the Water Corporation (with attachments) related to the Bunbury Wate Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Odour Buffer and the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS) minor amendment 0020/57 including the memorandum dated 14 September 2007; (b) Water Corporation letter/email to Western Australian Planning Commission dated 22 August 2011; (c) Water Corporation’s letter/email reference: JT1 2009 11892 V01 dated 11/1/2013; (d) Water Corporation’s letter/email reference: JT1 2009 11892 V02 dated 09/05/2013; (e) Any other correspondence between Water Corporation and the Environmental Protection Agency and The Department of Environment and Conservation relating to the GBRS minor amendment 0020/57; and (f) if no to (a), to (e), why not?
