(1) Will the Speaker move to prevent the double standards between Parliament as a workplace and other workplaces by stopping smoking in all areas within Parliament, which are open to members, employees, and visitors including the courtyards?
(2) If no to (1), will the Speaker allocate a smoking room, which is not a workplace and has separate external ventilation for members and employees who wish to smoke?
(3) If no to (1) or (2), will the Speaker implement similar measures to those that the President of the Legislative Council has introduced so that the partially enclosed colonnade area outside the Assembly Chamber is a non-smoking area?

(1) to (3) I do not intend to allocate a 'smoking' room but members, employees
and others will continue to be able to smoke in the colonnades and courtyards
open to the air.
