102. Hon LYNN MacLAREN to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Lands:
(1) If the proposed Mangles Bay marina development goes ahead
—
(a) how many
hectares of land in the proposed project area will be made available for the
developer to sell and/or lease;
(b) how many separate parcels of
land does this include?
(2) Has the total value of these parcels of land been valued?
(3) If yes to (2), what is the valuation?
(4) If no to (2), why not?
(5) How much money would the developer be required to pay for
this land?
(6) What other
conditions would the developer have to meet in order to be able to sell and/or
lease this land?

question. The minister has provided the following answer —
(1) (a) The proposed area for the project is up to 79
hectares.
(b) The number of lots to be
created is yet to be determined.
(2) No.
(3) Not applicable.
(4) The total
developable area cannot be determined at this stage as the structure plan and
subdivision plan are not yet finalised.
(5) That is yet to be determined.
(6) Other
conditions are not yet known and are subject to statutory and environmental
processes currently underway.
