STATE
ROYALTIES — ANALYSIS
902. Hon HELEN BULLOCK to the minister representing the
Treasurer:
I refer to the budget announcement that an analysis of state
royalties over the next three years will be undertaken.
(1) Will the minister table the terms of reference for the
analysis; and, if not, why not?
(2) Have any industrial groups been consulted as part of the
analysis; and, if not, why not?
(3) If yes, to (2), what are the
names of specific industry groups?

I do not have any record or recollection of that question.
Was the member asking it in her own capacity or on behalf of another member?
Hon Helen Bullock : The Minister for Finance; that is you.
Hon Sue Ellery : It's lodged in her name.
Hon SIMON O'BRIEN : In that case, I have not seen that
question come through from the Treasurer. If it does, I shall bring it to the
attention of the house; if not, I will follow it up and report tomorrow.
Hon Helen Bullock : Thank you, that's a good answer.
Hon Simon O'Brien : What do I get out of 10?
Hon Ljiljanna Ravlich : Zero as usual.
Hon Simon O'Brien : Old misery guts pipes up again.
The PRESIDENT : Order!
