— BAIL CONDITIONS
493. Mr M. McGOWAN to the
Premier:
I have a supplementary question. Can the Premier confirm that
upon learning about a dangerous sex offender breaching his bail conditions, the
Premier did nothing? Does it not show a shocking lack of urgency and weakness
on the Premier's behalf and the government's behalf that the
only time action was taken is after the shadow Attorney General forced them to?
