Premier:
I have a supplementary question. Can the Premier confirm that
upon learning about a dangerous sex offender breaching his bail conditions, the
Premier did nothing? Does it not show a shocking lack of urgency and weakness
on the Premier's behalf and the government's behalf that the
only time action was taken is after the shadow Attorney General forced them to?

When I became aware that the offender was actually in my electorate, at that
stage the matter was in the hands of the Attorney General and that took place.
Mr M. McGowan : Did
you do anything? You found out on Thursday or Friday, you said.

Leader of the Opposition!
Mr C.J. BARNETT :
For someone who does not do anything, I think the Leader of the Opposition is
the last person —
