(1) Three (2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12). Agency fees are reviewed annually.
(2) Yes.
(3a) Application for approval of freehold or survey-strata subdivision.
(3b-c) The fees are based on assumptions on resource allocation and predictions on future freehold or survey strata subdivisions . As part of the annual review of fees, an independent evaluation of the methodology used to determine cost recovery was conducted. This resulted in revised projections of cost recovery, and the fees were assessed to be 18% over the anticipated cost of providing the service.
(4) No, at the time the fees were gazetted they were predicted to meet the anticipated cost of providing the service.
(5) Not applicable.
