(1-2) The Premier has met once with BankWest and once with Commonwealth Bank in 2009 and 2008 respectively however these meetings were not in specific relation to the Bank of Western Australia Act 1995.
Principal Policy Adviser, Richard Wilson from the office of the Premier has met with BankWest on 31 August and 7 November 2011. The meetings were a general discussion regarding the bank's Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI) licence. No specific amendments were discussed.
