ENVIRONMENT —
YARA PILBARA NITRATES — TECHNICAL AMMONIUM NITRATE PLANT
704. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to the Minister for Environment:
I think my question without notice
might have been directed to the wrong minister, so we will see what happens. It
is to the Leader of the House representing the Premier as Minister for State
Development, Jobs and Trade. I refer to question on notice 2098 that I asked
the Minister for Environment.
(1) Has the
search through hardcopy archives for superseded versions 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9 of
the licences for works approvals, licences to operate and amendment notices for
the Yara Pilbara Fertilisers plant, formerly the Burrup Fertilisers plant, and
the Yara Pilbara Nitrates Pty Ltd plant been concluded?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
minister table the licences?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
(4) If no to (2), why not?
