(a) 3.53pm.
(b) Railcar failed.
(c) Services were running continuously on the Mandurah to Joondalup line during the disruption albeit those services were delayed. Services resumed according to the timetable at 8.00pm.
(d) 107 services were delayed, two services were cancelled and two trains did not complete their full journey.
