I have a
supplementary question.
If everything is on
the table, why did the Premier's minister take catch and holistic reporting off
the table?

Mr Roger Cook: What is it that members of the
opposition do not get about the science? Why is it that they do not accept it?
Mr Lachlan Hunter interjected.

Mr Roger Cook: We saw the other side struggle to cope
with the idea that climate change is real. Now we see the other side struggling
to accept another form of science.

Mr Roger Cook: That is actually quite good, member for

Now is not the time
for people to seek short-term political gain. Now is the time for everyone in
the community to harness our collective spirit and make—

Mr Roger Cook: Now is the time that we must all act
together to ensure that we can save these precious fish stocks. This should not
be the stuff of immature political argument. This should be the stuff of—

Mr Roger Cook: There was a reason why we had members
of the crossbench, the opposition and all stakeholders in the room yesterday.
It is because we all have to act as one.
