I refer to a incident which I understand occurred on or about November 14 2000 on Mining Lease 26/353 where a bobcat was operating pushing earth, soil and clearing vegetation within 100 metres of 30 Brownhill Road without the written consent of the property occupier -
(1) Can the Minister give a specific date in which the Department of Minerals and Energy gave prior written approval/permission to undertake the specific above?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) Did KCGM, Normandy Mining, Homestake Gold of Australia seek prior written approval in writing from the Department including lodging a map or a Notice of Intent showing what works were proposed prior to the above taking place?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) If so, on what date was this approved by the Department?
