(5) Is it correct that part of the inspection report dated August 20 1993 states ‘I recommend that legal action against waste control for breaches of the dangerous goods regulations 1992 shall be instigated’?
(6) If no to (5), will the Minister table the entire report dated August 20 1993?
(7) Can the Minister state why legal action was not supported or approved in the same month by departmental officers?
