The Department of Housing advises:
(a)(i) 185 social housing properties
(ii) 156 social housing properties
(iii) 122 social housing properties
(b) The Department is constantly reviewing its social housing portfolio; with sale properties identified on an ongoing basis for a variety of reasons, such as sale to tenants or strategic asset decisions based on an asset being at the end of its useful life, high value and/or surplus to needs.  Through this process, the Department estimates it will sell 177 social housing dwellings in 2012-13.
(c)(i) 208 social housing properties
(ii) 252 social housing properties
(iii) 171 social housing properties
