(1 - 2) Three Fisheries and Marine Officer positions are assigned to the Denham District office of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development. However, the number of positions assigned to a district is not necessarily reflective of the fisheries compliance effort in that location. The seasonality of fishing activity means that it is not unusual for Fisheries and Marine Officers from one location to support compliance efforts in another.
