Department of the Attorney General (1) Yes (a) The Department of the Attorney General’s Information Statement is included in the Department’s Handbook and Services Guide which is revised and published on an annual basis.
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (1) No. (a) The Office of the Director of Public Prosecution is an exempt agency under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
Equal Opportunity Commission (1) Yes. (a) 13 October 2014.

Legal Practice Board of Western Australia (1) Yes. (a) 6 July 2015.
Legal Profession Complaints Committee (1) Yes. (a) 5 July 2016.
Solicitor General’s Office (1)-(a) The Solicitor General is a separate agency for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1992 and does not have a current Information Statement under s96(1) of that Act.  As the office of Solicitor General was vacant at the time of the Parliamentary Question and a new Solicitor General appointed commencing on 1 July 2016, the reason for the absence of an Information Statement is not known, although it may be noted that, in light of the functions of the Solicitor General, it is likely most, if not all, of the documents held by the Solicitor General would be exempt matter as being the subject of legal professional privilege.  The newly appointed Solicitor General is attending to the preparation of an up-to-date information statement as a matter of priority.
The Department of the Registrar, WA Industrial Relations Commission (1) Yes. (a) 1 June 2016.
WorkCover (1) Yes. (a) May 2016
