I refer to question without notice 182 asked by me yesterday regarding the live sheep trade from the private port proposed for Kwinana. (1) Does either the operating agreement or the deed of lease for James Point Port Pty Ltd require the company to provide facilities for the livestock export trade? (2) If yes to (1), can the minister specify the provisions? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN
