I refer to the Mugarinya Community Association Incorporated's (MCA) Annual General Meetings (AGM), and ask: (a) when was the last AGM held; (b) will the Minister table the minutes, including who was present at the AGM, and the election results, including who conducted the elections of the last AGM; (c) if no to (b), why not; (d) who was elected to the Executive, and on what date were they appointed; (e) how is the Chair elected, who was elected Chair, and on what date were they appointed; (f) were any subsequent meetings of the MCA held after the last AGM, and on what grounds were they held; (g) if yes to (f), will the Minister table the minutes from the subsequent meetings; and (h) if no to (g), why not?

(a) Records of Annual General Meetings are not reported to the Department of Commerce under the provisions of the
Associations Incorporation Act 1987

(c) The minutes, attendance records and election results are not reported to the Department of Commerce. The records and details of operations are matters managed by the Mugarinya Community Association Inc.

(e) This information is not available. It is unclear from the registered rules of the Mugarinya Community Association Inc how the Chair is elected.

(h) This information is not available as there are no requirements under the
