theLeader of the House representing the Premier:I refer the Premier
to the resolution from the Legislative Council on 17 September 2025 and the
Premier's response to my question without notice on 14 October 2025 that "Tackling
ambulance ramping is a priority of my government."(1) Is the Premier aware that the house called on
him to review the model he imposed following the 2025 state election that now
sees the health portfolio split between a multitude of ministers, and
personally take responsibility to ensure that his new health minister makes
this her top priority, prepares a plan, executes it and reports on it monthly
to Parliament until it is under control?(2) Will he do so?(3) If no to (2), why not?

Hon Stephen Dawson replied:I thank the honourable
member for some notice of the question. The following answer is provided on
behalf of the Premier.(1)–(3) Ensuring Western Australians have
access to the health care they need, when they need it, is a priority of my government.
Health is a complex portfolio. That is why I created a team of ministers to
work together, a team that brings together a range of expertise and skills to drive
continuous improvements to our health system.
