Between 21 March 2013 and 19 August 2014 the Minister for Mines and Petroleum has not held any meetings related to government business with these companies. There is no requirement to keep records in respect to directors.
The Department of Mines and Petroleum advises:
(1) - (2)
The Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) is not aware of any meetings between DMP's senior executives and any of the companies listed (a - u) between 1 January 2011 and 19 August 2014.
The Department meets with many organisations, companies and individuals in various forums during the course of its business.
It is not considered a reasonable or appropriate use of Government resources for the Department to provide an answer to these questions in relation to all departmental staff.
