I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question and provide the following
answer on behalf of the Minister for Sport and Recreation.
(1)–(3) The Cook Labor government is delivering
over $330 million in sports infrastructure projects across the state through
PlayOn WA, which is administered by the Department of Creative Industries,
Tourism and Sport. The CSRFF and CNLP grant programs are currently being
reviewed to ensure they continue to deliver for Western Australian communities.
The government has recently identified and funded previous applicants requiring
additional funding, including $720,000 towards reticulation and turf upgrades
at Halls Creek; $36,363 towards the replacement of a turf wicket at Melville
Cricket Club; and $160,807 towards floodlighting at the Esperance Hockey
Association.
