(1) Yes, two members of the Panel will be remunerated on a per hour basis.
(2) At this stage there has been no determination on what hourly rate the two Panel members will be remunerated.
(3) The Panel was established in response to key issues which were identified prior to the last State Election, and need to be addressed to improve efficiency of the road transport sector. It was expected that the Panel would operate for a period of 12-24 months but may continue longer should other issues arise that require their attention.

(5) The Panel membership was determined by my office, following consultation with key industry personnel.
