The Premier and his Department, from time to time, may have had irregular or incidental social contact with directors of these companies, or met with directors of these companies in another of their capacities. It should be noted that there is no requirement to keep records in respect to company directors, and the names of directors of a number of these companies in past years is not readily available.

On the 17 December 2013, Mr Conran with Mr Catlin from DPC met with Mr Warren Mundine and Mr Joe Proctor to discuss economic development in Aboriginal communities and to discuss Commonwealth State relationships on such matters. Mr Mundine is on the advisory board of Indi Energy and Mr Proctor is a director.
(b) AZURE Capital
On 12 November 2013 and 14 March 2014 Mr Conran with Mr Catlin from DPC met with Mr John Poynton to discuss the South West Native Title Settlement.
The Department meets with many organisations, companies and individuals in various forums during the course of its business. It is not considered a reasonable or appropriate use of Government resources for the Department to provide an answer to these questions in relation to all departmental staff.
