(2) In May 2025, at the earliest.
(3) The
Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Building and
Energy division will conduct the review.
(4) The broader public and
interested industry participants will be consulted.
(5) Building
and Energy is undertaking the review using its existing resources and budget
allocation. No additional expected costs are anticipated at this stage.
