I refer to the 2012-2013 Country Local Government Fund Guidelines for Individual and Group Country Local Governments, and ask: (a) how many 2012-2013 Country Local Government Fund payments have been made to individual or group local governments despite those individual or group local governments not acquitting 2010-2011 funding; and (b) for each of the individual or group local governments which have received 2012-2013 funding, despite not acquitting 2010-2011 funding: (i) what is the name of theiIndividual or group local government; and (ii) for what project or projects was the funding given?
