(a) has the consultancy contract expired, and if so when;
(b) has a new consultancy contract been negotiated and if so, when;
(c) if yes to (b);
(i) what is the length of the contract;
(ii) how much will Mr Wedgwood be paid;
(iii) what additional benefits - such as office space, access to IT facilities, parking bay - will Mr Wedgwood receive;
(iv) what will be his employment arrangements as far as hours of work; and
(v) where will Mr Wedgwood be based?

(a - c v) Bright Blue Communications Pty Ltd was engaged to provide the services of Mr Geoffrey Wedgwood for the period to 3 November 2011. A new contract has been established for the provision of the required services from 4 November 2011 for the remainder of the Term of Government. The consultancy fees are based on the payment of hourly and daily rates for hours worked. The total estimated contract value for the 15-month period of engagement is $195,000 excluding goods and services tax and expenses. Mr Wedgwood is a director of Bright Blue Communications Pty Ltd which is based in Fremantle.
