1. There is no waiting list for reviews at the clozapine clinic. 2. Only those who do not attend their appointment might not be reviewed within 3 months. They are followed up and offered another appointment. 3. The Bunbury Clinic was not closed. The clinic was relocated from offices in Molloy Street Bunbury to the South West Health Campus in April 2004. Data on suicides for the last 12 months are not available until released from the Coroner's Office. 4. Figures provided by the Coroner's Office advise that 70 suicides occurred in the South -West between 1999 and 2003.
