With regards to Cottesloe Reef Fish Habitat Protection Area, I ask -
(1) Is the Minister aware that there have been reports to the Cottesloe Reef Fish Habitat Protection Area working group that boats are still anchoring in the FHPA?
(2) Is the Minister concerned about the continuing anchor damage?
(3) When will the necessary regulations be gazetted to make it an offence to anchor in the FHPA?
