I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. (1) The Environmental Health Foundation has not kept formal minutes of its meetings. The EHF provided one report to the government in December 2005 entitled “A Review by the Environmental Health Foundation of the Government Response to Health Concerns Raised in Connection with the Operation of the Brookdale Liquid Waste Treatment Facility”. The report was posted on the Department of Health website in December 2005. I seek leave to table a copy. [See paper 2910.] The group does not meet regularly and meets only to progress work or a project referred to it by the ministerial committee. The scope of work is confirmed by correspondence between the chair of the EHF and the chair of the ministerial council. This approach has preserved the independence of the group from departmental officers. (2) Not applicable.
