In relation to all agencies, departments and trading enterprises within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities that maintain a register of gifts and benefits offered to employees but not accepted, I ask: (a) how many gifts or benefits have been offered but not accepted since 1 January 2013; and (b) for each gift or benefit offered but not accepted since 1 January 2013: (i) what was the nature of the gift or benefit; (ii) what was the name of the individual or organisation that offered the gift or benefit; (iii) what was the relationship of the employee to the individual or organisation that offered the gift or benefit; and (iv) what was the estimated cost of the offered gift or benefit?

Department for Child Protection and Family Support
(a) Nil. The Department for Child Protection and Family Support maintains a Gift Register to record gifts and benefits accepted by employees of the Department, but does not maintain a register of gifts and benefits offered to employees but not accepted.
