(a-c) All Ministerial Directives issued by the Minister are required to be reported in the Annual Report of the agency. I refer the Member to the Annual Reports for 2004/2005 for the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection, WorkCover WA, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, Department of Indigenous Affairs, Water Corporation, Water and Rivers Commission and WorkSafe Western Australia Commission.
