Review of Coronial Practice in Western Australia
, and I ask:
(a) which of the 113 recommendations made by the Law Reform Commission have been acted upon;
(b) of the recommendations which not been acted upon, which ones are supported by the Government;
(c) does the Government intend to act upon the recommendations in (b);
(d) if yes to (c), when; and
(e) if yes to (c), will recommendations requiring legislative change be addressed through the development of a new Coroners Act or amendment to existing legislation?

(a) - (e) Recommendations 55 and 56 are reflected in the bill currently before the Council and the remainder are under consideration by the Government.
