(1) Public housing applicants are listed by preference areas not individual suburbs. Nollamara, Mirrabooka, Koondoola, Westminster and Alexander Heights all come under the North Central zone. That zone contains 59 suburbs. As at 31 March 2009 there were 4,180 applicants on the wait list for that zone. The average wait time across the North Metropolitan region as at 31 March 2009 was 86.22 weeks.
(2) The program for 2009-2010 will be finalised following the State budget process.
(3)(a) Properties will be constructed in the following suburbs and will be managed by community housing providers, rather than the Department.
