(1) Mr Joyce commenced his appointment on Monday 28 November 2005. (2) Mr Joyce will be paid a consultancy fee of $150 per hour to a maximum of $1,200 per day (excluding GST). (3) Mr Joyce receives remuneration for the following appointments: (i) Workcover WA (Chairperson); and (ii) Western Australian Treasury Corporation (Non Executive Director/Member). (4) In addition to Mr Joyce, the Justice Reform Implementation Committee comprises: · Mr Mal Wauchope, Director General, Department of the Premier and Cabinet (or representative); · Mr Tim Marney, Under Treasurer, (or representative) · Mr Colin Murphy, A/Director General, Department of Justice; · Mr Ian Johnson, A/Executive Director, Prisons, Department of Justice; · Ms Jacqui Tang, Executive Director, Community and Juvenile Justice, Department of Justice; · Mr Danny Cloghan, Chief of Staff, Office of the Attorney General (or representative); and · Mr Tim Fraser, Chief of Staff, Office of the Minister for Justice (or representative).
