(b) if yes, will the Minister detail the alterations and from which individual or group each alteration was suggested?
(b) The first draft of the social and economic impacts report was sent to the Conservation Commission of Western Australia and the Forest Products Commission, the agencies which jointly commissioned the report, on 8 August 2002. Further work was requested, particularly to provide an assessment of the impacts that might be associated with the range of timber yield figures in the Draft Forest Management Plan. The two Commissions, the Department of Conservation and Land Management, the Forest Policy Implementation Office, the then Department of Industry and Technology and members of the stakeholder Round Table were invited to provide input to subsequent drafts. This was an iterative process and each alteration was not ascribed to an individual or group. The final report was released on 2 September 2002.
